AKTA HPLC Purifier System

ÄKTA purifier core systems are versatile, modular liquid chromatography systems for fast and reliable separations of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids by FPLC. The AKTA purifier is being used by students for their research work. Different types of ion exchange columns are available for eluting the protein sample. HiTrap - CM Sepharose (5ml), HiTrap - CM Sepharose (5ml), DEAE sepharose (30ml), Size Exclusion column, etc., are few examples among the columns we have. HPLC is connected with the dedicated PC for automated control.
