It is provided with a 96 wells microplate with a wavelength range of 400-750 mm. the measuring range for the instrument is 0-4.000 Abs and the measuring time is about 3 seconds per plate in a continuous mode. It supports the absorbance, dual wavelength and multi wavelength methods. Using a monochromator-based wavelength selection, wavelength can optimized for visible absorbance between 340 nm and 850 nm. Monitor temperature-sensitive reactions with consistent temperature regulation from ambient to 45°C. SpectraTest® ABS1, FL1, and LM1 Validation Plates tools are available to validate absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence modes. Reader supports Cell viability, proliferation, and cytotoxicity, ELISAs and immunoassays, Endotoxin detection, Enzyme assays, Protein quantitation Microbial growth, Phosphotases/kinases, Reporter gene assays. SoftMax Pro software is used and it specifies Simple set-up and automatic instrument recognition, wide variety of scan types: Endpoint, Kinetic, Spectrum and Well Scanning, Automatic data recovery feature.
